In this book the usability consultant Steve Krug deals with usability in the web. He investigates how users perceive websites, navigate on them and what questions may occur to the users. Illustrations and comic strips makes the lecture quite relaxed, entertaining but also informative. Based on practice scenarios, the reader can apply what he has learned and compare his solution with that of Krug afterwards.
